The rates include breakfast, including special hours, served in the hotel restaurant from 3am to 10am.
Wifi (included in the daily rate).
Daily rates are increased by a tourist tax of R$2.90 per person, per day.
The hotel charges a 10% service charge on daily rates and extras, which goes entirely to the staff.
Prices and availability subject to change.
Children up to 5 years old are free of charge and are accommodated in the same bed as their parents. Proof (birth certificate, ID or passport) of the child’s age up to 18 is required.
No pets of any size are allowed on the hotel premises.
According to Law 12.546 (known as the Anti-Smoking Law), smoking is not allowed in enclosed public or private spaces. By order of the Fire Department, there is a smoke sensor inside the apartments and in the hotel’s common area.
Reservations without a “no show” guarantee will be active until 4pm. After this time, cancellation will be automatic.
Cancellations and/or changes must be made directly with the reservations center, before check-in, up to 72 hours in advance, during business hours.
Pre-paid amounts are non-refundable and cannot be used as credits for future bookings.
Parking included in the daily rate.
Preferences such as floor, apartment location and bed type are not guaranteed at the time of booking, but are subject to availability at check-in.
Check-in from 2pm and check-out until 11am.
Early check in and late check out policies (prices to be consulted according to the period of the reservation, according to availability, not valid for holidays in general, New Year’s Eve or periods of high occupancy).
Subject to the hotel’s availability, we offer baby baby carriages and bathtubs for loan. Please ask in advance
For reservations made directly with the hotel, we can pay the daily rate in up to 6 interest-free installments by credit card for amounts over R$900.00 (see our installment policy). It is not possible to pay in installments at check-in. We do not accept checks.
When you check in, you will be asked for a credit card to guarantee your expenses (regardless of the sales channel of your reservation).
Luggage storage service at no extra cost, but subject to availability.
Please note that we have orthopaedic double mattresses. If you need it, please inform the hotel’s reservations department by e-mail in advance so that we can arrange and book it (subject to availability).
It is possible to use the hotel’s bathrooms before check-in or after check-out to shower at a cost of R$10.00 per person, with the loan of a bath towel.
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or carry an authorization form from the juvenile court if they are traveling with a third party. The agreement must be notarized. (Article 82 – Statute of the Child and Adolescent Law No. 8069/90).
Reservations Center opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on call on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
