A Portuguese who came to Brazil in 1950, after working as a receptionist and tour guide in Foz do Iguaçu, where he gained vast experience in the hotel and tourism industry, he founded the Del Rey Quality Hotel in 1985.
He came to Foz with a college excursion and met Mr. Jaime at the hotel where she stayed. Six months later they got married and started working together in their first hotel. In 1985 he began his story of love, dedication and hard work at the Del Rey Quality Hotel
