Hotel´s Policy

1 - Our daily rates have breakfast included between 06:45hs and 10hs;
2 - Free service and tourism taxes;
3 - Free daily rates for children up to 7 years old staying in the same room of the parent/responsible. One children by apartment;
4 - Daily rates starts at 12h00min and expires at 11h00min;
5 - Early arrivals and late departures will generate aditional daily rates;
6 - As stated in the brazilian´s law, it´s forbidden the hosting in the hotel of child or teenager, unless in presentation of written authorization or followed by an indentified parent or responsible. Law 8.069/90 articles 82 and 250. It´s advised that even children accompanied by parents to have their documentation to avoid problems during the hosting process;
7 - Reservation Confirmation: Sign by bank deposit on the value of one daily rate up to 7 working days before the check-in date and the remaining directly to the hotel;
8 - The apartments pictures may look different from the actual apartment;
9 - The cancelation deadline is up to 72 hours before the check-in, after the deadline there will be no refund, in case of refunding there will be charged administrative taxes (10%);
10 - No pets of any kind allowed.
